• Migration Guide: The New Entity-Role Model: The Customers API has been replaced by a new architecture separating Entities (e.g., people, companies) from their Roles (e.g., customer, proxy). This is a significant update affecting most related endpoints. Key impacts include:

  • Dedicated Endpoints: Resources like Legal Representatives are no longer managed inline and now have their own dedicated CRUD endpoints.

  • New Endpoints & Webhooks: The API now includes new capabilities, such as a unified GET /entities endpoint and additional webhook notifications.

  • Deprecated Features: The Natural Person Wizard is now deprecated and is scheduled for removal in a future release (October 2025). We recommend migrating to the new onboarding flows as soon as possible to ensure compatibility.
